1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Focyn (“the Service”), operated by Focyn from Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Focyn.
- You must provide a valid personal email address. Company or organization email addresses are not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in all accounts being suspended.
- You must not share your account credentials with others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Focyn for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with or disrupt the Service, use the Service to transmit harmful or offensive content, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create in Focyn. By using the Service, you grant Focyn a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Beta service
Focyn is currently in beta. The Service is provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features available during beta may be modified or removed.
6. Privacy
Your use of Focyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at focyn.com/privacy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Focyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
